the entirety of Anhedonic Mirages was built using sounds my pre-transition self interacted with in one way or another (music and sound i created, sampled, or enjoyed). all of these sounds have been disfigured or fundamentally changed somehow in order to create this album. this process of creation from destruction runs parallel to the circumstances of my own life - to transition is to destroy one self and create another from its remains

One of the coolest Cloud Rap albums. The influences range from screw, to Memphis Rap, to noise. It's crazy how fun some of these beats are, with the trap rap production and interesting jazz samples to keep things fresh. Overall, a really great album. schmohawkfan
